Cool pickles

  Cool pickles recipe for 3 l jar

 6 green tomatoes

500 gr. cabbage

500 gr. special peppers (but not the spicy ones)       

5 carrots

200 gr. red peppers

1 small cauliflower

2-3 pickled cucumbers

For the marinade :

1 tbl spoon sugar

3 tbl spoon salt

1 tea cup vinegar

 Everything have to be chopped and mixed with the marinade. Then leave it for 1 hour, to breathe some air. Put it in the 3 L jar and the remaining space has to be filled with water. And then close with a screw cap. You don't have to sterilize the jar, just put it upside-down. A perfect rakia apetizer!
